Why coaching?

Coaching is a confidential space to think out loud, test ideas, and see situations from new perspectives. It’s not advice-giving or therapy – it’s a bespoke process that helps you understand yourself, your context and your choices more deeply.

One-to-one coaching allows for deeper thinking, time away from the noise to reflect on you and your leadership. With a partner to stretch your perspective, you can turn that reflection into meaningful changes in how you show up and the results you create.

What it’s like to work with me

Working with me is not about theory, templates or box ticking – it’s about understanding yourself more deeply and tailoring the work to your unique strengths and challenges. Together we’ll explore the patterns, assumptions and blind spots that might be holding you back, and we’ll test new ways of showing up in the conversations and decisions that matter most.

My coaching is reflective and stretching, but it’s also human – expect challenge, clarity, and a healthy dose of humour to help you shift what really matters.

How I work

My approach leans towards the intensive side: it’s for leaders who want to get stuck in, be challenged, and make progress they can see and feel.

I work one-to-one with senior leaders, typically over an initial period of six months. We’ll meet regularly – usually every couple of weeks – and you’ll have support between sessions as needed. Every programme is tailored to you: your goals, your strengths, your gaps, your pace, your organisation.
