One-to-one coaching
Turning a good team into a great team isn’t (only) about the quality of the individuals.
It’s about how they work together.
Team coaching helps teams build trust, establish deeper relationships, and co-create better ways of working to maximise their collective potential. It provides teams with a safe yet challenging space to reflect, and enhance their understanding of themselves and others.
Common areas explored include:
- Understanding patterns of communication and behaviour and the impact they have on others;
- Deepening trust through open and honest conversation about what’s working, and what isn’t;
- Leaning into constructive friction within a psychologically safe environment;
- Enhancing collaboration to work more effectively together.
Teams could benefit from team coaching when they are:
- Navigating periods of intense change;
- Experiencing communication challenges or a lack of trust; or
- Not living up to their full potential, and are up for the challenge of changing that.
Team coaching typically comprises a mix of team diagnostics, team observations, one-to-one coaching and team coaching sessions. I will work with you to build a customised programme designed to deliver sustained improvement in team effectiveness and performance.
